Stephanie is a seasoned professional with a strong background in Recruitment, Talent Management, and Sales. She started her career in the FMCG sector, working for nearly eight years in a family-owned business, where she improved her sales expertise. Driven by a passion for the human side of business, Stephanie transitioned into Recruitment, joining an international recruitment firm to help organizations secure top freelance talents.

With her deep experience and extensive network, Stephanie now specializes in connecting companies with experienced Interim Managers for roles across HR, finance, legal, and sales & marketing. Fluent in Dutch and English, and with a working knowledge of French, she ensures smooth and effective collaboration between clients and candidates.

With a Master's degree in Management, Chantal began her career in financial audit within a Big4, where she worked on account certification assignments. After a few years, Chantal joined the Paris office of an international recruitment firm to assist commercial and industrial companies in their search for financial profiles.

After two years on the French market, Chantal moved internally to Switzerland and then Dubai, before settling in Belgium in early 2023 to develop her interim management skills.

Chantal now draws on her 15 years' professional experience in finance and recruitment and her international background to develop Morgan Philips Belgium's Interim Management business.
