Prior to his career in recruitment, Nic graduated from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne and began his professional journey in the luxury hospitality sector. Over six enriching years in Belgium and the Middle East, he honed his skills in delivering exceptional service and ensuring guest satisfaction—an experience that shaped his commitment to excellence and client-centricity.

With a Master's degree in Management, Chantal began her career in financial audit within a Big4, where she worked on account certification assignments. After a few years, Chantal joined the Paris office of an international recruitment firm to assist commercial and industrial companies in their search for financial profiles.

After two years on the French market, Chantal moved internally to Switzerland and then Dubai, before settling in Belgium in early 2023 to develop her interim management skills.

Chantal now draws on her 15 years' professional experience in finance and recruitment and her international background to develop Morgan Philips Belgium's Interim Management business. She started her career in the FMCG sector, working for nearly eight years in a family-owned business, where she improved her sales expertise.
