Morgan Philips was awarded with the 2022 Asia-Pacific Human Resources Services Award: The Most Influential Executive Search Firm, and was invited to attend the 18th China Human Resources Service Summit Forum held in Shenzhen on the 5th and 6th November to discuss "Searching for Change": New Talent Strategies and High-Quality Development in HR Services.

China Human Resources Service Summit Forum was founded by Nie Youcheng, executive director of Asia-Pacific Talent Service Academy (APTSA), under the guidance of the Chinese Academy of Personnel Science and RUC School of Labor and Human Resources, with the support of the China Association of Foreign Service Trades, Beijing Human Resources Service Industry Association, Shanghai Human Resources Consulting Association, Guangdong Human Resources Association and Shenzhen Human Resources Association. Since 2004, it has been successfully held for 17 sessions, 7 of which are the most important sections of the Conference on International Exchange of Professionals (CIEP). The 18th China Human Resources Service Summit Forum held this year has been included in the main section of the 20th CIEP.
